It's a Girl! Frac Daddy's First Foal a Filly

G2 winner Frac Daddy sired his first foal on January 26th, a Bay filly born at Park Stud in Mono, Ontario.

The filly was bred by Park Stud and is out of the stakes winning and stakes producing American Chance mare Itstartswithadream.

“This is a great beginning for Frac Daddy, if they all look like this, he’s going to have a bright future.” said Mike Byrne of Park Stud.

Frac Daddy raced for Carter Stewart’s Magic City Thoroughbred Partners and was trained by Kenny McPeek. After breaking his maiden as a 2-year-old by 5 ¾ lengths at Churchill Downs he was beaten a neck by Horse of the Year Uncaptured in the G2 Kentucky Jockey Club. In his 3-year-old season he was second in the G1 Arkansas Derby and the G3 Commonwealth on the turf at Churchill. He had a stellar season as a 4-year-old winning the G2 Eclipse and G3 Ben Ali by 4 and 5 lengths.

By leading sire Scat Daddy, Frac Daddy began his stallion career at Park Stud in 2016 standing for $4,000.
